21/09/17 – TrialGP Italy – The 2017 TrialGP series for individuals honours came to a close at the stunning mountain shadowed location just north of the famous Lake Garda. TrialGP Italy proved to be a fitting climax to the season with one of the biggest crowds of the year packing into the purpose built Off Road Park facility.
Completing his exceptional campaign Toni Bou – Repsol Honda signed off in style with yet another win, and whilst Emma Bristow – Sherco was beaten on the day she did enough to claim her fourth straight title in the TrialGP Women class. The other two gold medals were claimed by Iwan Roberts – Beta, as the British rider secured top spot in Trial2 to become the first ever World Champion in this newly elevated class, which left Neus Murcia – Beta to take the Trial2 Women crown.
