23/02/18 – TrialGP leading protagonists Toni Bou – Repsol Honda and Adam Raga – TRRS…

TrialGP leading protagonists Toni Bou – Repsol Honda and Adam Raga – TRRS, who ranked first and second in last year’s series, are both currently side-lined due to injury – but are thankfully on the road to recovery and looking to be back in peak condition when the 2018 outdoor campaign kicks off in Spain come late May.

Raga was the first of the formidable duo to have to visit hospital as he chose to undergo an operation on his left arm to address an underlying issue that had been troubling him in more recent weeks. The procedure proved to be a success, with Adam due to be in action come early March having missed the opening round of the Spanish championship.

Bou’s injury came just last weekend as the result of a heavy fall at an international indoor event in Le Mans, France. Subsequent medical examinations and scans confirmed Toni has fractured three vertebrae in his lower back which will keep him side-lined for at least a three week period, that could ultimately impact the defence of his indoor title.

Sport7 and the whole TrialGP family wish both Toni and Adam a speedy and full recovery and look forward to welcoming them both to their home event in Camprodon in just less than three months time when they are back 100% fit and well.
